The luxury air conditioned property is situated in 1/4 of an acre, consisting of four double bedrooms and two bathrooms sleeping eight people, the master bedroom has a double bed and the other three have twin beds. There is also an open plan dining room, living room and fully equipped kitchen providing a cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, liquidiser, toaster, coffee percolator, together with a full range of cooking utensils, towels are provided for indoor use and for the pool area, there is also a hair dryer, cot and high chair.

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, walk in closet, his and hers vanity unit and large shower with access to the pool area. The double garage is accessed from the house through the utility area containing a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also cable television and a credit card telephone with free local calls. In the interests of health and safety there is a no smoking policy inside the house. The property benefits from a private south facing and screened, gas heated swimming pool, with patio furniture and recliners. The pool is accessed from the master bedroom and the kitchen. There is also a mains gas BBQ.
Leisure facilities within the development for owners and their guests include a large communal pool, tennis courts and children’s play area. The house is managed by an English lady that lives just a few houses down the road, they are always on hand for friendly advice and for the sale of discount tickets to all the major attractions.
A 20% deposit will secure the booking with the balance due eight weeks prior to departure. The only extra we charge for is the gas for heating the pool and most of the year the heating is not required, so we suggest you wait till you arrive and see if you need it switching on. Every effort is made to ensure you have a most enjoyable holiday.
